San Pedro Garza García Echological Places

San Pedro Garza García (as known as San Pedro or Garza García) is a city-municipality of the Mexican state of Nuevo León and part of the Monterrey Metropolitan area. It has high-end shopping malls, prominent green places, as well as essential colleges and health centres Cerro de Chipinque and Chipinque Ecological Park, are significant elements of the city.

1. Planetario Alfa

The Alfa Planetarium is a planetarium and cultural centre situated in Monterrey, Mexico. It house for an interactive science museum, an Omnimax system movie theatre, an aviary, “The Universe Pavilion,” and a location for short-lived displays and occasions.

2. Parque Chipinque

Around the 2,200-meter peak of Chipinque, the park is a preferred retreat of city occupants, with fair chances to check out and an abundance of untamed wilderness filled with unique birds and wildlife. Along with a vast network of trekking and mountain cycling tracks, rappelling and rock climbing are popular activities, and Chipinque is also house to an astronomical observatory, a butterfly farm, and numerous natural lookout points, which provide views over neighbouring Monterrey and the surrounding countryside.

3. Chipinque Ecological Park

Located within the Cumbres de Monterrey National Park’s limitation is the Chipinque Ecological Park, which is a Protected Natural location and is spread out throughout an area of 1791 hectares. The park consists of a broad range of plants and animals right from the Pine-oak forest to the xerophilous shrubs.

Set out from Monterrey’s busy city centre for a leisurely day journey to neighbouring Chipinque Ecological Park and ritzy San Pedro Garza Garcia, a Monterrey residential area. Only 20 minutes outside Monterrey, the environmental park feels like another world totally, with tree-lined nature tracks, numerous lookout points, and sufficient open space. Chipinque Ecological Park is situated around 13 km south of Monterrey and can be reached by bus, vehicle, and taxi from the city.

4. Cumbres de Monterrey National Park

Cumbres de Monterrey National Park, located at the Sierra Madre Oriental, in Nuevo León state, northeastern Mexico. Developed in 1939, it has an overall location of 952 square miles (2,465 square km). Amongst the destinations within the park are the mountains of the Sierra Madre Oriental, much of which are more than 7,000 feet (2,100 meters) above water level and have pine and oak forests on the lower slopes. The Huasteca Canyon environmental park near Monterrey; and the 82-foot (25-meter) Cola de Caballo (Spanish: “Horse Tail”) waterfalls, southwest of Santiago.

Cumbres de Monterrey National Park is positioned in the northern part of the Sierra Madre Oriental, a mountain variety in northeastern Mexico. The National Park was produced in 1939 to preserve the native plants and animals versus the dispersing urbanization of the city of Monterrey. Cumbres de Monterrey National Park protect more than 1,770 sq km (680 sq mi) of rugged surface, boasting high mountains reaching an elevation of 2,260 m (7,410 feet) above sea level, as well as deep canyons, waterfalls, and rivers.
